Group Sessions

Beginners: Complete Basics of Yoga. Learn correct alignment and various poses as well as Breathing techniques. Must be able to get up and down from the mat with ease and support your own body weight.

Advancing Beginners: Fine tuning of various asanas. Not suitable for newbies.

Intermediates: A variety of more advanced asanas offered to the experienced yogis. Classes are structured to build upon the previous poses, gradually deepening the practice and then exploring new challenges. Must have solid knowledge of basic poses and adequate endurance.

Meditation Practice

Cultivate peace and awareness through our guided meditation sessions. Jamie teaches various breathing techniques, seated meditations, and mindfulness practices to help manage stress and promote compassion.
